Scrubs Returns

I almost added Scrubs to this week's poll question -- which can be found on the right hand side of the blog -- about which TV show's return this month are you looking forward to the most.

Scrubs is one of my favorite comedies, but, based on its consistent low ratings, I expected a low vote total for it on the poll as well, so decided to leave it off.

It's the same reason I left off Friday Night Lights.

NBC constantly tinkered with the timeslot for Scrubs -- a quirky, smart, and most importantly, funny sitcom -- over the years and hardly ever promoted it.

Fortunately, ABC scooped it up, mainly because the show is produced by ABC Studios.

So, for (at least) 18 more episodes, the show comes back beginning tonight (ABC, Channel 7, 8 p.m.).

It would take too long for me to list my favorite moments, or give you a recap of certain characters, etc. If you've seen it, you know. If you haven't, just watch an episode or two and you'll be hooked.

Here are a few clips to demonstrate the silliness and brilliance that is, Scrubs.
