*** Just a couple of items that I didn't get the chance to put on here yesterday...

The birthday tie-in was a bit of a reach. The drummer for The Commodores, George "Clyde" Orange turned 62 yesterday. We played "Sail On".

Gotta love Lionel's hair.



*** For the 80's Escape, really went for a stretch on this one. Stumbled upon a 1988 song by Tanita Tikarum called "Twist In My Sobriety". It was a song that we played at my college radio station, and I hadn't heard it in awhile.

It hit #25 on the Billboard Hot 100 Modern Rock Charts, which qualifies it as only a moderate "hit", even within the genre of modern rock.

But it did reach #2 in Germany, for whatever that's worth.
